We’re proud to celebrate our 15th year in operation, a milestone that reflects our dedication and growth as one of the region’s leading manufacturers and installers of doors, windows, and roofing systems.
With showrooms in both Huddersfield and Leeds, we’re excited to continue to deliver high-quality solutions to our valued customers for many more years to come.
Company growth and expansion
We have experienced significant growth within our team, originally formed with three members of staff, we have now grown to a 21-strong team. The past 15 years have also seen us expand to larger premises to align with our continued growth.
We began manufacturing in 2010 from a 3500 sq ft unit within the Meltham Mills Industrial Estate. After three years, we outgrew this unit, moving to an 8800 sq ft premises, facilitating our ability to grow further. Today, our headquarters are based in Slaithwaite, on the outskirts of Huddersfield. We expanded further with the opening of our second showroom in 2022, in Yeadon, just outside of Leeds.
Investing in our future
Over the past 15 years, we have made key investments in machinery, workshop upgrades, and a CRM system to improve production and customer management. We have also supported employee development through apprenticeship programs and expanded with a new showroom in Leeds in 2022.
Other contributing success factors include new product lines, investments in the Leeds and Huddersfield showrooms, and regular exhibitions at Home Building and Renovating shows.
What’s to come for Clearview
To celebrate this anniversary, we had a special evening out with the team, including a fantastic curry at one of the best restaurants in the area, ‘Destination’ in Slaithwaite.
Looking ahead to the future, the main aim will be to continue to grow financially through our existing reputation within the industry and the introduction of new product lines. We will also be looking at prioritising certification and staff training as areas to develop within the company.
