Bi-folding door specialists Clearview are delighted to announce they have moved premises over the Christmas break, starting 2014 in their new home.
They are still based in the same commercial estate in Holmfirth, but have moved into a larger premises three doors down as they continue their expansion.
On the move and the reasons why, Managing Director Paul Oxley made the following statement: “Due to the continued increase in demand for our products and services and having outgrown our current workspace of 3600 square feet, we took the decision in mid 2013 to look for new premises.
“Following negotiations with our landlords Town door we agreed lease terms on unit L4 which has 8400 square feet of space. With the help of Town door we have been busy over the last two months bringing the unit up to specification and personalising it internally with our chosen colour schemes. The additional space has enabled us to better layout our storage and production facility and take full advantage of an organised process flow –new materials come in smoothly and now make their way around the various stages of production on to finished storage ready for dispatch.
“We will soon have new office space which will also combine our Factory showroom, making customers visits a one stop shop and providing us the required space we need for additional office based staff as we grow. It’s all together a very positive start for 2014.”
The expansion is great news for Clearview who have developed into the leading aluminium window and door manufactures in the North of England. Oxley also took the opportunity to thank each and every one of his staff during the announcement.
“I would like to take the opportunity to say a huge thank you all of our staff for their efforts and for the time they have given us out of their Christmas break to ensure were fully up and running for the start of the New Year,” he said.
